thin walls poor sound proofing
The hotel's location was central, steps away from many attractions.
I found the room disappointing. It was on the first floor in a corner. Noise from guards and people outside kept me awake, and the walls seemed thin. Sound proofing IS NEEDED.

fresh options cheerful staff
The breakfast had ample fresh options (I liked the pastries). The reception staff was consistently cheerful and polite. I found them especially helpful with directions. The room provided everything necessary for my stay.
The gym is rather small.

false upgrade thin walls
i thought the room was clean the bed was comfortable however the promised upgrade never materialized i had booked a superior room but i suspect that i received anything but the staff seemed uninterested when i asked about it and dismissed my concerns abruptly it reminded me of they weren't really listening furthermore the walls were very thin i could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway a lot it disrupted my sleep a little

central location good variety helpful staff
i loved the hotel's central location. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety (the pastries were a delight). i also appreciated the professional and helpful staff.
the room i had experienced some noise from the hallway, slightly bothersome.
